Our client, Collinsville Hospital, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their team on a contract basis for an 11-week placement from 26 October **** to 10 January ****.
This is an opportunity to work across Emergency, Acute, and Aged Care settings in rural Queensland, where you'll take on significant clinical responsibility and contribute to a close-knit healthcare team.
The role demands nurses who are confident working independently and bringing strong rural nursing and emergency care experience to the table.
Work as the sole Registered Nurse on shift, managing Emergency, Acute, and Aged Care patients

Preferred Requirements




Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in rural healthcare settings
Demonstrated competence in emergency nursing, triage, and acute patient assessment
Experience in team-leading or charge nurse roles, with the confidence to work autonomously on shift
Current Aged Care National Police Certificate (mandatory)
Strong clinical communication and decision-making skills in rapid-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
Paediatric Life Support (PLS) certification or willingness to obtain it
Familiarity with ieMR (integrated electronic Medical Record) systems
