La Cocina Mexicano, located in St Kilda, VIC, is seeking an experienced Chef to lead its kitchen operations.
The role requires planning, preparing and cooking a range of Mexican-inspired dishes, supervising kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Successful candidates will have a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or higher) and at least one year of full time chef experience in a busy restaurant.
