We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused individuals to join ourOnline Customer Service team, supporting two of Australia's most loved retail brands, Peter Alexander and Smiggle.
As we prepare for our busiest time of the year, you'll play an important role in helping our customers with their online shopping enquiries throughout the Christmas trading period and End of Year Sales.
You'll be responsible for responding to customer enquiries via email and phone, assisting with online orders, deliveries, returns and general product enquiries, while ensuring every customer receives a positive and helpful experience.




We havemultiple casual positions availablefrom mid-November **** through to late February ****.
What we offer:
Flexible casual shifts, with opportunities to work up to 38 hours per week during peak weeks
Hybrid working arrangements, combining working from home and in the office
Morning, afternoon and full day shifts available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
Potential weekend shifts during December and January

What we are looking for:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries
Confidence communicating with customers over the phone and via email
The ability to learn quickly and confidently navigate multiple computer systems
A genuine passion for helping customers and resolving enquiries
An understanding of online shopping and the customer experience
Previous customer service experience in retail, ecommerce or a similar setting is highly regarded
Access to a reliable internet connection to support working from home
