Deliver primary design for HV/EHV substations from 132kv to 500kV (layouts, equipment arrangement, electrical clearances)
Perform design calculations and develop detailed engineering deliverables
Produce complete design packages including BOMs and technical specifications




Coordinate across disciplines to ensure clash-free, optimised designs
Review and interface with power system studies and broader engineering inputs What They’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer on HV/EHV substation projects
Solid understanding of transmission-level design standards and requirements
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar CPEng (or working towards)
Membership (or eligibility) with Engineers Australia
Comfortable working across design, stakeholders and delivery teams
