and seeking a passionate, innovative
Chef
to lead a small kitchen team.
Enjoy a
Monday to Friday
roster from
6:00am to 2:00pm
, working Corporate days and hours.

THE POSITION
3+ years' experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within corporate or fine dining settings
Strong skills in supporting daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation
Ability to assist with menu planning featuring local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients
Experience mentoring and motivating kitchen staff




Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock management
Qualified communication skills and client-focused attitude
Comfortable working with digital systems for ordering and rostering
THE PERSON
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Skilled in buffet-style and à la carte service, with strong time management and allergen awareness
Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling practices
Passionate about food and delivering exceptional customer service
