About the Role
We're looking for friendly and customer-focused Food Services Officers to join our hospitality team.
In this rewarding role, you'll help deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents by providing outstanding meal service, creating meaningful interactions, and contributing to a welcoming dining environment.

What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional meal service and create positive dining experiences for residents




Prepare dining areas and assist with meal presentation and service
Ensure meals are served in line with residents' dietary requirements and preferences
Build positive relationships with residents and get to know their individual needs
Assist with in-room dining and beverage service
Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked dining and service areas
Follow food safety, infection control, and workplace safety requirements
Work collaboratively with the hospitality and care teams to support resident wellbeing

What You'll Bring
A passion for hospitality and customer service
Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain
Previous hospitality, food service, aged care, healthcare, or customer service experience highly regarded
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A caring and respectful approach when working with older people
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
