The opportunity

A well-established construction business in Sydney needs an experienced TA contractor to drive hiring through to the end of the year. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role inside a quick-moving environment. Managing multiple roles across projects.

What you'll be doing:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles within a general construction environment
Building solid relationships with hiring managers and keeping pipelines moving at pace
Delivering quality candidates quickly, with minimal hand-holding required

What you'll bring:
Proven TA experience within construction, infrastructure, or a trade-based setting
Contractor mentality - self-sufficient,



adaptable, and results-driven
Immediate or near-immediate availability through to December 2026, based in Sydney

The detail
Contract engagement to December 2026
Competitive daily or hourly rate, negotiable on experience
Sydney-based -- on-site presence required
