Department Manager Hardware Supplies
Full-Time Position - Echuca Store
We are seeking a team member with an interest in retail hardware and rural supplies for our Echuca store in northern Victoria.
As part of our network of 10 stores across northern Victoria, you will have the chance to strengthen your customer service skills in a supportive team environment and pursue career development.
Key responsibilities
Ordering hardware stock, managing product ranges and maintaining in-store merchandising
Processing account and retail sales for hardware, rural and trade products
Providing high-quality customer service and support
Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
What you will bring




Sound knowledge of hardware products
A current manual driver's licence
A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
An energetic, positive approach
Strong computer and communication skills
Safe and effective manual-handling techniques
Availability to work on a Saturday morning roster
Experience
Experience in retail hardware or rural merchandise is advantageous but not essential.
Physical requirements
The role involves regularly lifting and loading bagged products weighing up to 20 kg.
