This is not a traditional IT Ops role.
This is aboutowning the platform— ensuring it's stable, scalable, and continuously evolving to support the business.
The Prospect
You'll sit at the centre of theplatform lifecycle, owning the"Run" environmentwhile working closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition frombuild ->operate ->optimise.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond support — someone who sees theplatform as a product.
What You'll Be Responsible For
End-to-end ownership of theD365 & Azure platform environment
Drivingstability, performance, and scalabilityacross the ecosystem
Leadingincident, problem, and change management(ITIL aligned)
Managingenvironment strategy, releases, and operational readiness
Acting as thebridge between Build & Run teams
Overseeingplatform enhancements and optimisation initiatives




Ensuringgovernance, compliance (SOC2), and risk management
Leading and developing ahigh-performing technical team
What We're Looking For
Strong experience managingMicrosoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure environments
Background inplatform ownership, environment management, or IT operations leadership
Solid understanding ofITIL / service management frameworks
Experience operating withinenterprise or complex environments
A mindset focused oncontinuous improvement, not just support
Strong stakeholder engagement across bothtechnical and business teams
