Mackay Hospital and Health Service– Mackay Base Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Facilitator for the General Surgical Unit on a temporary basis.
The role blends advanced clinical nursing with leadership, education and/or research to support staff development.
Working with the Nurse Educator and Nurse Unit Manager, you will facilitate the orientation and progression of nurses on the unit, provide hands-on support, and help maintain patient-centered care in a quick-paced 30-bed surgical ward.
