Small Doses Cafe is looking for an experienced shop manager to help grow the business. This is a uniqueopportunity in an area where building community connection and customer loyalty is significant.
Required work experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant full time work experience in the relevant field

Required qualification:

Minimum AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma degree in the relevant field
You would be responsible for:
Managing day to day operations of the cafe
Determining menu offerings, stock levels and customer service standards.
Developing and implementing purchasing, promotional and marketing strategies, including menu pricing.
Promoting the cafe's food, beverages and services to attract customers and increase sales.




Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, supplier orders, and sales.
Managing budgets, monitoring expenditure and overseeing the businesses financial performance.
Recruiting, training, supervising and supporting staff to ensure productive cafe operations and high service standards.
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety regulations and relevant hospitality standards.
