IHR Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead the establishment and ongoing management of the High Dependency Unit at a private hospital.
This maximum-term, full time role runs until 20 October **** with potential for permanency.
You will build a high-performing ward team, deliver safe, patient-centred care, and contribute to service development across surgical, plastic, general, ENT, paediatric, orthopaedic, and cardiac telemetry services.
