$90,000 base salary + superannuation

Key AccountabilitiesLead and manageNew and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales across Ravenhall and Melton
Deliver volume, gross and profitability outcomes aligned with business objectives
Develop and execute sales strategies across both dealerships
Manage and optimise inventory and stock turn
Lead, mentor and develop Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
Drive a high-performance, accountable and customer-focused sales culture
Ensure manufacturer standards, KPIs and reporting requirements are consistently achieved
Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience
Work closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket departments
Build strong relationships with OEM representatives and key internal stakeholders
We are looking for aproven automotive sales leaderwho can demonstrate:
Current experience in a senior automotive sales leadership role
A strong track record of achieving sales, gross and profitability targets
The ability to lead and motivate teams acrossmultiple dealership locations
Strong commercial and operational acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation and people-management skills
A professional, calm and respected leadership style
High levels of integrity, accountability and discretion
The drive and energy to lead a high-performance sales operation
