Community Services #1 is seeking a Casual Out of Hospital Home Care Worker to deliver person-centred care that supports independence and wellbeing for clients in the Albury region.
You will provide home care services including domestic assistance and personal care, based on approved care plans, and assist clients through end-of-life stages with sensitivity and qualified practice.
A current Certificate III in IS (Ageing) or equivalent is required.
