About the role

Mineral Springs Hotel is seeking an experienced Demi Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. This casual role will see you working closely with our kitchen team to help prepare and deliver high-quality meals for our hotel guests and restaurant patrons. Based in the picturesque Hepburn Springs, VIC, you will be part of a agile hospitality team committed to providing an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing
Assist in all food preparation, cooking and presentation tasks
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service requirements
Maintain a clean, organised and productive work station
Provide high-quality customer service to hotel guests and restaurant patrons

Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations and food safety




Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team
Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
