About the Role

Mineral Springs Hotel is seeking a dynamic and hospitable Food & Beverage team member to join our growing business. This is a casual position in our vibrant hotel located in the picturesque town of Hepburn Springs, Victoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall dining and drinking experience for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing friendly and effective table service in our restaurant and bar areas
Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests
Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of dining and bar areas
Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation is maintained at all times
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing and food safety regulations




Providing recommendations on our food and beverage offerings to enhance customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably within a bar or restaurant environment
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace as well as independently
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Sound knowledge of food and beverage products and preparation methods
