About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Factory Supervisor to run our signage production floor day to day — keeping jobs moving safely, on time and to a high standard, while leading and getting the best from the team.

Key responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily production across print, finishing and dispatch
Lead and supervise the factory team (permanent and casual), allocating labour to hit deadlines
Keep jobs flowing to time and quality — spot and clear bottlenecks on the floor
Own workplace health & safety and housekeeping standards
Oversee equipment upkeep and coordinate with the Print and Prepress teams
Support training and cross-skilling of floor staff

About you
Experience supervising a production or factory team (print, signage or manufacturing ideal)




Solid planning and organisation — comfortable juggling competing deadlines
A hands-on leader who can motivate a team and hold standards
Sound WHS knowledge and a safety-first mindset
A practical problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
A continuous-improvement mindset a plus
