Love precision? Prefer calm, focused work over chaos?

This might be exactly what you're looking for.

At Townsville Compounding Pharmacy, we create personalised medications that genuinely improve patient outcomes. Behind every product is a process — and we're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right.

What this role is really like

This is a hands-on lab role, not a retail position.

It's structured, methodical work where:
Systems are followed
And small details make a big difference

If you enjoy working quietly, staying focused, and doing things properly - you'll thrive here.

The Role

You'll be working in our compounding lab, preparing customised medications along side our Pharmacists.

Key responsibilities
Compounding creams, capsules, and other formulations
Preparing ingredients and maintaining lab equipment
Following accurate protocols and documentation
Maintaining a clean, organized, compliant workspace
Assisting with stock and inventory control

We're not looking for "quick-paced multitaskers" - we're looking for the right type of person.

You'll likely be someone who
Notices the small things others miss
Enjoys following systems and clear processes
Takes pride in doing things accurately
Prefers focused, hands-on work over constant interaction
Is reliable, consistent, and calm under pressure

Bonus (not essential)
Pharmacy, compounding, or lab experience
Science or health-related background
Experience in a regulated or process-driven workplace
Work in a purpose-driven role helping real patients
Be part of a supportive, close-knit team
Learn specialised skills in compounding medicine
Enjoy a structured, calm work environment
Long-term stability with opportunity to grow
