We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with a minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience delivering enterprise IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in one or more leading IAM platforms, such as SailPoint, Oracle, Ping Identity, One Identity and/or Saviynt, and a proven track record of delivering IAM projects in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of IAM solutions across multiple platforms.
Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
Deliver end-to-end IAM capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, SSO, MFA, and governance.
Perform integration with enterprise applications and directory services.
Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide expert-level support.
Contribute to project planning, Agile ceremonies,



and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on IAM consulting experience.
Solid experience with one or more IAM platforms: SailPoint ISC/IIQ, One Identity Manager, Ping/ForgeRock, Oracle IAM, Saviynt.
Solid understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication, authorisation, RBAC/ABAC, and federation standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
Robust documentation, analysis, and solution design skills.
Relevant IAM certifications preferred; PAM experience and certifications (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea) a bonus.
Australian Citizenship required; existing security clearance preferred.
