Our client – one of Australia’s leading suppliers of Poultry Products and a trusted Australian brand has multiple opportunities for ongoing work in their Somerville Victoria processing facility.

These positions will commence immediately

Shift times: Monday to Friday + OT
Day Shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift - 2:45pm to 11:00pm

Your role:

You must have previous boning experience, including robust knife skills and the work will include:
Deboning chicken carcasses accurately and efficiently
Inspecting raw materials against quality specifications
Working to individual and team production targets
Cleaning and maintaining a protected workspace
Working with raw meat products in a cold, rapid-paced environment
Completing repetitive tasks and manual handling of up to 15kg
Following all food safety, quality and workplace safety requirements

To be successful you will need:
Previous food processing experience
Strong knife skills
Food production line experience
Experience operating machines
Performing repetitive tasksUnderstand and follow instructions and procedures
Work well within a team environment
Communicate well both written and verbally
Showing commitment, reliability and motivation
Full work rights to work in Australia

You will also be required to attend Induction prior to commencement

Must NOT have birds, chickens or pigs at home due to biosecurity.
