NOW HIRING – VOICE PICKERS / WAREHOUSE OPERATORS

Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable and hardworking warehouse store persons to join our client in Eastern Creek. You will be working at a large, fast-paced distribution centre in Eastern Creek, supporting the efficient picking and dispatch of grocery products to stores. The site operates in a chilled setting, maintaining a temperature of approximately 3°C, and requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Voice picking orders accurately and efficiently
Operating a ride-on electric pallet jack
Picking and moving stock within a chiller environment at 3°C
Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
Working in a KPI driven setting
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Available Shifts:

AM Shift: Shift start times: 5:15 AM and 8:00 AM

PM Shift: Shift start times: 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM

To Be Successful, You Will Have:




Voice picking experience desired but not essential
Ride-on pallet jack experience desired but not essential
Ability to work comfortably in a cold workplace (3°C)
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Reliable transport and punctuality
100 points of ID required upon registration
