Position: Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant

Specialisation: PeopleSoft CRM | PeopleTools | Application Development & Support

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance and support PeopleSoft CRM/HCM applications (v8.8 or higher).
Develop and maintain solutions using Peoplecode, Application Engine, Application Packages, custom pages and components, Application Messaging, HTML, XML and JavaScript.
Develop and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL solutions.
Contribute across development, testing, documentation, migration and production support activities while following established PeopleSoft development standards and best practices.
Analyse complex technical requirements and develop effective solutions that improve application efficiency and maintainability.
Work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders and end users.

What We're Looking For




8+ years of relevant IT experience with solid PeopleSoft technical expertise.
Extensive experience with PeopleSoft CRM and/or HCM 8.8 or higher.
Hands-on experience with PeopleTools 8.5x or higher.
Robust PeopleSoft development skills across Peoplecode, Application Engine, Application Packages, custom components/pages and integration technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop practical solutions to complex requirements.
Robust verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Highly Desirable

Experience working with Australian government Child Protection applications/modules would be particularly valuable.
