Mercy Health is seeking an Associate Midwifery Unit Manager for the Birthing Services Unit at Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg, Melbourne. This permanent part time role (0.6 EFT) leads a 12-bed birthing suite within a tertiary centre, supporting women through diverse birth options and high-risk pregnancies.

You will mentor midwives, oversee daily operations, and contribute to service improvements while developing leadership skills with support from the Unit Manager.
