Calling all WAREHOUSE PLANNERS/DESPATCH COORDINATORS/ADMINISTRATORS!

We are looking for a robust Workflow Planner for our client in Truganina, a giant of the industry & an Employer Of Choice.

2pm-10pm Monday to Friday, you MUST have SAP experience. Intrigued? Keep reading!

The Job:

Process daily outbound orders

Book and coordinate transport for outbound orders using Excel and online portals.

Liaise with clients and customers to address service inquiries and resolve issues.

Report delays and operational issues

Support the team by assisting with additional office duties.

The Person:

Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on planning or administration.

Competence in inventory control functions and SAP knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Solid communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
An Excellent hourly rate of $51 per hour, ongoing work with a view to Perm
