Australia Zoo in Queensland is seeking an energetic Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. This isn't your standard desk job and you could be required anywhere across our 700+ acre grounds.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead and mentor the HR team, advise on performance and disciplinary matters, conduct workplace investigations, drive culture improvements, lead training initiatives, and support wage reviews and policy updates.
