VDG Services is seeking experienced Kitchen Hands/Utilities for permanent, full time roles in Sydney’s prestigious 5-star hotels. You will support chefs with food prep, plate-up, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning, while helping maintain clean and hygienic back-of-house areas.

These roles focus on kitchen operations, stewarding and cleaning, not hotel housekeeping, with rotating shifts and weekend availability.
