Chance Senior Architect to lead a Brisbane based boutique studio

A Brisbane based boutique architecture studio with a reputation for a strong design culture and project excellence ison the lookout for an ArchiCAD proficient 2IC / Senior Architect.You will have strong design sensitivity, exceptional client facing skills,experience leading projects and coordinating all the relevant consultants.

This role is suited for motivated individuals with a clear career progression planin place. Ideal candidates will havethe ability to take a project through to completion when required. You will become an integral member of a growing studio with the chance to work across a diverse mix of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with clients as the key point of contact
Develop design options and present to client




Actively contribute to the culture of the practice through collaborative design processes
Have solid ArchiCAD skills to create full documentation packages
Work on residential, education and commercialprojects from start to finish

Skills & experience
10+ years of qualified experience
Experience in education, residential or commercial projects
Experience documenting in ArchiCAD is essential
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work in a small team and autonomously when required
