The Role…

In a typical Machine Operator position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:
Setting up machinery and completing pre-start checks
Supervising production processes to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
Keeping accurate and detailed production records.




Monitoring machinery to ensure proper operation and promptly reporting any issues.
Inspecting equipment and machinery regularly.
Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work setting.

To be successful in a Machine Operator position with National Workforce, you must:
Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a relevant Machine Operator position.
Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
