My Kind of Food - Joondalup Health Campus is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Barista to join our team.
We are seeking a passionate coffee skilled with excellent barista skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced café environment.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee with excellent barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte art
Maintain consistent coffee quality during busy periods
Provide strong customer service and communication
Work independently and lead by example
Demonstrate good teamwork, time management and organisational skills
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
About you
Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista in a busy café




Excellent coffee-making skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte art
Ability to maintain consistent coffee quality during busy periods
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead by example
Good teamwork, time management and organisational skills
