Ashwood Motel is seeking an experienced, hands-on couple to manage our 47-room motel in West Gosford.
This live-in opportunity includes recently renovated onsite accommodation for a couple with experience in motel, hotel, holiday park, caravan park, or accommodation management.
Initial 6-9-month assignment with potential extension (Open to discuss shorter term contracts).
The role
Guest check-ins, check-outs and enquiries
Managing guest satisfaction [Vv1]and online reviews
Supervising housekeeping and room inspections
Property presentation, grounds checks and litter control
Pool maintenance checks and record keeping
Gardening and general property upkeep
Coordinating contractors and maintenance works
Inventory,



supplies and invoice approvals
Safety and compliance inspections
