Assistant or Experienced Property Manager

We are on the look for someone who would love to join the Property Management team.

The Role
In our Albury Based office managing a portfolio of NSW & VIC properties
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Use of Company mobile phone & car during office hours
Experience preferred (but not essential) as a Property Manager or similar role as an Assistant or Leasing Consultant
Must have a minimum Certificate of Registration and Drivers License
Training and support offered for ongoing growth and development
A demonstrated ability to provide the highest quality customer service
Sound experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and client information databases
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently, use initiative and set priorities
Efficient and capable of working at pace with high level of attention to detail
Developed oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal manner and cross-cultural skills
Self-motivated, resilient, flexible, friendly, empathic, responsible, and reliable
We are looking for someone who is quick thinking, has exceptional time management skills, is resourceful and has a good eye for detail.
You will also need great communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
