We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing team in the Western Suburbs. You’ll manage your own residential portfolio with dedicated admin, inspections, compliance and maintenance support to make your day-to-day easier!

Managing a residential property portfolio
Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
Overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews and routine inspections
Handling maintenance requests and resolving tenancy issues
Monitoring arrears and ensuring compliance with legislation
Working closely with the administration team to keep everything running smoothly

Previous experience in residential Property Management
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and time management
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Confidence managing a portfolio and handling challenging situations
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent's Licence
