As Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Front Office at The Lodge Wadjemup on Rottnest Island. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will support the team, oversee shifts and ensure guests receive a warm, qualified and seamless experience from arrival through to departure.

Key responsibilities
Supervise daily Front Office operations and support the team throughout each shift
Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service
Assist with guest arrivals, departures, enquiries and reservations
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Support the training, development and onboarding of Front Office team members
Ensure accurate completion of daily Front Office procedures, handovers and reporting
Monitor room status, guest requests and operational priorities
Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance and other hotel departments
Support the Front Office Manager with rostering, team performance and operational requirements
Ensure hotel policies,



procedures and service standards are consistently maintained

About you
Previous Front Office experience within a hotel, resort or similar hospitality setting
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, or be ready to take the next step in your career
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence handling guest concerns and making decisions during busy periods
Experience using a hotel PMS; Mews experience would be highly regarded
A positive, solutions-focused approach
The ability to work across a adaptable roster including weekends and public holidays
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
