Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and develop the crew, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to food safety standards.
You will lead shifts, coach staff, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
