Job Description
Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve organisational goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
Analyse operational data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.





The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:
Demonstrated experience in managing operations within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
Robust leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving results.
Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies and policies.
Solid understanding of budget management and financial performance analysis.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the Hospitality & Leisure sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a varied environment.
