About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator / Factory Hand to join our Dandenong manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role responsible for operating machinery,



handling steel products and supporting day-to-day factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with cutting, processing and handling steel products
Load, unload and move materials around the factory
Conduct basic machine checks and report faults
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
Complete general factory duties as required

Skills & Experience
Solid commitment to workplace safety
Reliable with a positive can-do attitude
Ability to work within a team workplace
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
