Motus Ballarat is seeking an experienced and highly drivenGeneral Sales Manager - New Carsto lead our new vehicle sales operation within our award-winning, multi-franchise dealership.
We're looking for a hands-on automotive sales leader who is passionate aboutpeople, process and performance.
You'll be visible on the showroom floor, actively supporting your team and customers while driving a disciplinedRoad to a Sale, strong prospecting and follow-up, and consistentdouble open and double closepractices.

The Role
AsGeneral Sales Manager - New Cars, you will be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing the new car sales team
Achieving sales volume, gross profit and customer experience targets
Driving a consistent and disciplinedRoad to a Sale
Ensuringdouble open and double closeprocesses are followed
Leading by exampleand actively assisting with customers and negotiations
Driving robust prospecting, lead management and follow-up disciplines
Monitoring CRM activity, appointments,



demonstrations and conversions
Managing new vehicle stock, ageing and inventory
About You
To succeed as ourGeneral Sales Manager - New Cars, you will ideally have:
Proven automotive sales management experience
Proven ability to drive Road to a Sale disciplines across the team
A hands-on,lead-from-the-frontmanagement style
Strong coaching, negotiation and closing skills
The ability to motivate, develop and hold a sales team accountable
Strong CRM, prospecting and lead management disciplines
Commercial understanding of volume, gross and stock management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A current Australian driver's licence
