You will support participants with daily living, emotional regulation, behavioural needs, and medication administration.
This role requires calm decision‐making, robust boundaries, and the ability to work confidently with individuals experiencing mental health conditions and complex behaviours.
Monthly ongoing rostered shifts are available, offering stability and consistency.




Requirements
PreviousSupport Worker experienceis essential
Experience inSIL environmentsandmedication administration
Proven experience supporting participants withmental health conditions
Excellent English communication skills- written and spoken
CurrentNDIS Worker Check
First Aid & CPRcertificates
Working With Children Check (WWCC), where required
National Police Check
ValidAustralian driver's licenceand own vehicle
RelevantNDIS training and certifications
Must be able to commit tosleepoversand/oractive nights
