Pathways Residences is a luxury Aged Care provider across Sydney. We are seeking a friendly and skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team in Northbridge NSW 2230 on a permanent full-time basis - Monday to Friday.
35 an hour + super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 1 additional EA public holiday

About the role
You will manage the daily upkeep of the facility including:
Coordinate deliveries with contractors and suppliers
Inventory control
Perform a variety of handyman tasks (changing light bulbs, fixing broken furniture,
addressing minor repairs and replacements)
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
Collaborate with other departments and report to the Executive Manager the current status of jobs, repairs, inventory etc
Requesting quotes of external trade work, coordinating approved external trade work
Maintaining valuable paperwork that complies with Aged Care Standards
About you
Aged Care experience highly valued (but not essential)
Demonstrated experience in handyman/trade/maintenance work
Awareness of regulations and the importance of compliance
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Finds reward in knowing that they are part of a team that truly care for our elderly Australians
Must have current police check, covid vaccine and 100 points of ID
