Key responsibilities
Carry out general building maintenance and repairs
Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
Minor carpentry, patching, painting and basic service works
Preventative maintenance tasks
Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service




Liaising with Project Managers and reporting on completed works

About you
Trade-qualified (preferred) or robust handyman background
Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment
Relevant and valid OH&S; card (White card)
Proven experience working across multiple sites or in facilities maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Valid driver’s licence
