About the Position
An chance for an experienced hospitality professional to step into an Assistant Restaurant Manager role within a quality regional operation.
Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you'll help lead the team, maintain service standards, and ensure guests receive a consistently high level of service.

Position Description
Assist with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
Lead, coach, and support the FOH team
Maintain high standards of service and presentation
Support training and onboarding of new team members
Monitor guest experience and handle customer feedback
Assist with stock control, ordering and operational requirements




Support the Food and Beverage Manager across a range of service outlets
Ensure RSA, food safety and venue compliance standards are maintained
Be hands-on during busy service periods
Position Requirements
Previous Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar experience
Strong background in quality restaurant, cafe or resort style operations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Sound understanding of restaurant service and operational standards
Very strong beverage knowledge including beers, wines and cocktails
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm during busy service
RSA >Food Safety Supervisor certificates required
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating basis
Genuine interest in hospitality and delivering a strong guest experience
