Logical Property Services – North Shore VIC
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join our team at Logical Property Services' with opportunities at North Shore.
This is a casual role that can lead to part time.
As a Industrial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of a industrail premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
Hours are mainly 6-2pm Monday to Friday with the possiblity of weekend work and afternoon shifts.
What you'll be doing
Thoroughly clean and sanitise all assigned areas, including offices, communal spaces, bathrooms and kitchens.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels and cleaning products
Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain consistent standards
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a industrial cleaning role, although not essential
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to a high standard
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
A friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
Australian citizenship is required for this position
