About the role:
The successful candidates will commence as an on-hired employee, with hours from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and additional overtime as required. There is a potential to move into a permanent role after the successful completion of a probationary period and pre-employment checks.

Duties:
Inbound and outbound calls
Confirm and enter job details
Liaise with Project Managers and other stakeholders

Skills and experience
Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced role (insurance or construction industry highly beneficial)
Strong computer skills and able to use internal systems
Excellent attention to detail
Organised and excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask
