Our client, a Federal Government entity is seeking aGeneral Finance Officer.
About the role - General Finance Officer
Maintain sound financial administration and provide accurate, timely information to support project delivery and governance.
Duties - General Finance Officer
Support month-end and year-end activities, including accruals, reporting and timely resolution of discrepancies
Assist with preparing, monitoring and reporting budgets, forecasts and financial performance information
Analyse expenditure trends to support project planning and decision-making
Skills / Experience - General Finance Officer
Experience in financial administration, budgeting, reporting, reconciliations and procurement support




Experience working in an education and training portfolio
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
