Canberra Health Services seeks an ICT Client Services Officer to deliver high-quality helpdesk support across a diverse ICT workplace, following ITIL processes to triage, elevate and resolve issues.
You will support Microsoft 365, Citrix and end-user devices, manage requests via Jira and ServiceNow, and maintain the knowledge base while assisting procurement, asset inventories and access control systems.
A rotating on-call roster is included.
