Community Living Options is seeking a Service Coordinator in Edwardstown, SA, to lead teams of Person-Centred Active Support Workers within our Forensic and Specialist Transitions service.
You will mentor frontline staff, support participants with complex psychosocial needs, and help co-design therapeutic, person-centred supports.
Working under the Operations Manager, you will conduct regular home visits, monitor wellbeing and safety, run rosters, and engage families and guardians.
