The ACT Government is seeking a motivated System Support Officer to join the Contract and Management Payment System (CAMPS) team in Canberra.
You will provide frontline support to CAMPS users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with the team to keep contracts, projects and invoicing on track.
You will build solid working relationships across government, assist in user training and induction, and promote the system's capabilities to ensure consistent, efficient use by staff involved
