Medical Receptionist / Clinic Administrator – Speech & OT

We are looking for a warm, capable and highly organised Medical Receptionist / Clinic Administrator to join our busy Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy clinic in Rhodes.

This is a full time, on-site position. You’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients and families while helping our clinicians and daily clinic operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming clients and managing reception
Answering phone and email enquiries
Scheduling appointments and maintaining clinician calendars
Processing invoices and payments
Supporting client onboarding and maintaining accurate records
Assisting clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks
General office and clinic administration

About you
Friendly, professional and confident communicating with clients and families
Highly organised,



reliable and attentive to detail
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy workplace
Confident using computers, email and online booking systems
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
Previous reception or administration experience
Healthcare, allied health or NDIS experience is highly regarded

Location and work eligibility

This role is based on-site at our Rhodes clinic and is not available remotely.

Applicants must have unrestricted Australian working rights and be able to work full time without employer sponsorship. Parking is also available on site and is covered by the company. Visa sponsorship and overseas relocation assistance are not available for this position.
