Grampians Health in Ballarat is seeking a casual IT Service Desk Operator to join our Information Technology team. You will be one of the first contacts for staff needing IT assistance, diagnosing issues, logging requests and delivering timely, qualified support across a large tech workplace.

You will help with Windows and business-app support, PC imaging, device configuration and incident escalation. A customer-focused mindset and solid problem-solving approach are essential.
