Experienced Medical Imaging Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Delta Medical Imaging in Fairfield, NSW. This full time role is providing excellent patient service and administrative support to our patients and clinicians.

Key responsibilities
Answering the phone, welcoming and managing patient appointments, being extra friendly to patients
Booking appointments and providing information about the nuclear medicine and radiology procedures to patients
Quick and accurate typing
Communication with medical practitioners, liaising with referrers, and patients
Assisting in any other office tasks in the practice when required

About you
A high level of professionalism, excellent telephone manner, and abilities in dealing with various people in a complex environment




Experience in a medical imaging or radiology practice will be highly regarded
Caring attitude for patients and staff
Ability to learn fast
Advantage: fluency in Mandarin
